spent a lovely dinner (good food..haha) with fellow uni friends =)

and we later on went to esplanade for a chill out time. its nice just having no burdening thoughts in the head and have a good fun time.

yea! exams over! first thing i have after exams was a meeting at Wheelock regarding the 1st Asian Buddhist Film Festival. oh well, good opportunities don't come often. so yurps working on the concept stage for the trailer of ABBF which will be held next month. another collabo that nuSTUDIOS is doing.

went down town today to check up on backpacks for travelling and getting my FASHION UPDATE! yeah baby. new ERAs are the new black! smokin' hot! have been in love with them since last year. hope to find a drop-dead-love-at-first-sight-one =) 7 3/8'' thats my size! (fell in love with jinn's RDS one ever since i saw it.. trying to find one which gives that "love")

trying to get more inspirations for the designs of my clothing line this hols. hope to get things moving..



oh i tried on some volcom kenny-reed style hats too! kick ass!
oh and FALLEN in GoSports! dang... Fallen footwear here in Singapore. awesome stuff.

so many things lined up before i leave for home. hope to get everything done well.

had my first skating session for dang long. damn it feels so good riding back again. trying to perfect my impossible.

yurps one more exam to go before my WELL DESERVED break! i am like watching Material Science (MLE) videos while typing this.. so many things have been happening for the past weeks. just feel tired. the thought of going home is so soothing. kinda miss home at times.. the food too...
i can foresee that i will be busy even after my exams.. esp before i get back to KL.

what a day

yurps.. finished 1 exam paper today! yay! 3 papers to go. at last i can start studying for my other papers. thank God this paper felt better than the first one i sat for earlier this year.

met up with ah chong today who is down here in singapore for the BMXjam coverage for www.rushhd.com, an extreme sports channel in US shooting and showing on HD. awesome stuff. proud of ah chong. feel so happy just listening to him progressing in the production line.

it is times like these where i wonder where i will be after i graduate from uni. will i be an engineer? or perhaps a cinematographer? or a broadcast engineer? hmm i wonder. i just feel this rush through my heart when i get close to tv-media-cinematography related stuff. it is just an unexplainable feeling. it is a passion that just keeps burning and burning. i guess some ppl might think i am a bit crazy but yeah..
the feeling becomes even greater when i see media stuff going all out for God. those stuff just blow me off! oh well, I know God knows bout it and i shall keep my feelings all in his hands.
meanwhile i shall dedicate my time and effort in nuSTUDIOS when i get back to singapore during the vacations. that is my nearest goal and cheers to a successful documentary, film school!

Momentum

it is definitely a challenge to find momentum to study consistently throughout the whole semester. i guess this is where God comes in. sustaining momentum and gaining inertia should come from Him. oh well, 2 weeks more and i can have a break. won't give up so easily.

this hols seem to me like it is gonna be busy as ever =P
after exams; just got a call to work with my president on the Asian Buddhist Film Fest trailer.
this would be done just before i leave back to KL.
oh well, a good opportunity and it is a waste if it just flies past. just gotta tune up my motor a little =)

yesterday was one of the few significant days in this sem.
we finished the robot project after almost 3 months. a magazine dispenser. looking at it is just so satisfying. i will always remember the hours, sweat, blood (literally) that our group put into the project. again, it is another feat that i can say that what we dream and say can come true. it is not just having ideas but getting down working your ass off to realize it. the magazine dispenser takes in coins, stores it, shows you the value you put in, dispenses the magazine, returns you the change. all mechanisms made from Lego =)

the other reason why i felt it was a significant day was because my entrepreneurship class has come to an end. not because i didnt like it but because i actually felt sad that it has come to an end and that my entrepreneurship teacher Hongwei (who is from Stanford) is leaving NUS. we were his first and last class in NUS. took this pic with a few classmates of ours.

the mile : my life

have been finding time to set up this blog so that i can share&express my opinions and experiences while on the mile. finally did it.
currently i am in my last month of the semester in uni. it is "that" hectic period.
learning to enjoy this hectic time with the strength and peace of God.

am looking forward to what lies ahead.
