Eyes Fixed

Pain, hurt, lies, greed,
Money, sex, power,
Where do they all lead to?
The world?

Sometimes I really feel like giving up,
Wouldn't that just be coward-like?
Where do I stand in the midst of shaking ground?
Do I get shaken off?

Don't let thoughts be thoughts,
Do it. And that makes the difference.

look up. look ahead. keep your eyes fixed. do it.

less than a month more before I will be in Silicon Valley and thereafter in Connecticut.
i feel a little stronger now having had more band-aids.

had a great weekend with my lovely parents and both of them are officially retired now! time for some travelling!
