TED Talks
I highly recommend it. The ideas, visions, aspirations are inspiring. Podcasting the talks never fail to give me new insights and little wisdoms. I do note that some people say that these talks do seem idealistic and probably their experiences are the good ones among a million others who have tried, but what matters most is that if you feel propelled forward after listening to the talks, then it probably did a little good to yourself. And the life changing experience would be when you take a step out (beyond just listening to the talks) to make a difference in the world out there. Big or small step, it all counts.
